Service Description

G5 massage is a mechanical massage therapy that uses a machine with a motorised applicator to deliver deep tissue massage through rapid, rhythmic movements. Different applicator heads are used depending on the tissue penetration needed. It can reach deeper levels of muscle and fat than manual massage making it effective for muscle tension, cellulite and poor circulation. Our 40 minute treatment comprises of 10 minutes hands on, followed by 20 minutes of G5 mechanical massage and 10 minutes of manual massage to finish.
